Encyclopedia for the art and history of tattooing

This is the magnum opus by one of the world’s best known tattoo<br/>artists, Henk Schiffmacher, also known as Hanky Panky. Following<br/>the massive success of the Dutch edition in the fall of 2008, we now<br/>set out to publish the English edition this fall.<br/>The Tattoo Encyclopedia is a big, full-colour illustrated history of<br/>tattooing, filled with unique pictures of tattoos, artifacts and drawings<br/>that Schiffmacher has collected during his travels.<br/>These illustrations are accompanied by anecdotes and information<br/>on key historical events and figures in tattooing. This phenomenal<br/>from A to Z-encyclopedia will ensure that tattooing is finally<br/>accepted as a serious art form.
